高中教師研習:亞歷山大技巧與走路

本次課程內容將帶領大家認識人體走路的動作模式,老師會協助學生找出每個人的走路習慣,並帶大家練習更輕鬆、協調的走路方式。

課程中有些關於人體行走的基本知識需要學習,如髖關節、膝蓋和腳踝等,除了頭頸關係的基本控制協調之外,這三個下肢的活動關節互相協調運作才能有一個舒適的走路動作模式。

亞歷山大技巧的幾個中心原則在這個工作坊也會被提出來討論和說明,建立個體對自我的覺察能力、了解人體頭和脊椎運作的關係、頭部引導身體動作,還有要認識地心引力對我們走路動作的影響。

這是一個學習身心健康的講座課程,如果您喜歡健走,或是對自己的走路方式有心改善,不要錯失這個學習的機會!提升走路的品質=提升生活的品質,一起來學習吧!

Walking & Alexander Technique

This workshop will be leading us to explore walking.

We will look at the hip joints, knees and ankles. How these body parts cooperate to each other in order to make a better coordinate walking pattern.

The principles of the Alexander Technique are also part of the main content in this workshop: the head -spine relationship, head leads the movement, awareness and direction. To understand how the gravity is influenced to human walking is also important.

Participants will learn some basic knowledges of human body design which are related to walking movement. The teacher, Justine Chang, will help the student to find out their walking pattern and habit. Each person will have plenty of chances to practice their walking.

If you do like walking, or interested in find out more about how we walk. This workshop will be a good opportunity to learn some ideas that might help you to improve your walking quality.
